North 48th Street’s postponed improvement project is scheduled to resume the week of April 8th, and city officials will be hosting a virtual public meeting on the remaining work.
The meeting hosted via Zoom is Monday, April 1st, at 5:30 p.m. with the link opening up at 15 minutes early, available at lincoln.ne.gov/North48th. The meeting will be recorded and be available on the website Tuesday, April 2.
Officials Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) will deliver a presentation on the remaining improvements, project phases, and the construction schedule. Members of the team will be available and answer questions.
The remaining work will repave the stretch of N. 48th between Madison and Huntington avenues and mark the completion of the project, which was postponed last November.
