Following the success of “Lincoln Craft Beer Week” back in October, Visit Lincoln has brewed up a more morning-friendly tour of local shops.
February 5th – 11th, will be “Lincoln Coffee Week,” a celebration and passport tour of the best local bean-roasters Lincoln has to offer. Local coffee spots will welcome in new customers and offer exclusive deals so everybody can explore the city’s vibrant coffee culture.
Similar to beer week, residents who want to get involved are encourages to pick up their official 2024 Coffee Passport, available at any participating location. Over the week, make a visit to at least 7 locations, make a purchase at each, and collect a stamp. Then snap a picture and submit your completed passport at lincoln.org/coffee-week to be entered to win a $150 gift card to your favorite participating location.
“We’ve taken a look at the success of Lincoln Beer week over the last couple of years,” Executive Director of Visit Lincoln, Jeff Maul, told KLIN News. “The natural progression for us was to find something a little more widespread, something everybody could enjoy. Coffee week was born.”
Maul first teased Lincoln Coffee Week back on The Dan Parson’s show, back in October following smashing participation in Lincoln Craft Beer Week.
