Lincoln Police closed down the Harris Overpass along “O” Street in downtown Thursday morning as officers provided aid to a person who was having a mental health crisis. Westbound O street from 9th to 3rd street was closed for more than two hours.
LPD says the situation was resolved around 9:30 and the overpass reopened.
