The ongoing investigation into the incident involving 35-year-old Garrett Hanika has taken a significant turn. Hanika, currently held in the Lancaster County Jail, faced additional citations related to the search of the Jeep he was driving during the incident that occurred on Tuesday, November 21.
The updated citations include:
- Felony Theft $1500-$5000
- Possession of firearms by a prohibited person
- Possession of a stolen firearm
- Firearm and drug violations
- Possession with intent of a controlled substance
The investigation is still in progress.
