The Seward County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday identified the man who was killed just before 4:00 Monday afternoon in a two vehicle crash near the Milford exit of I-80. It happened on 238th Street just north of the exit.
Investigators say a van failed to yield to oncoming traffic and struck a southbound pickup truck. A passenger in the van, 82-year-old Donald Amiot of Stillwater, Minnesota, died at the scene.
The driver was taken to a Lincoln hospital for treatment and is recovering. The pickup driver was treated at the scene.
