The Lincoln Children’s Zoo will once again light up the skyline for one of the city’s favorite holiday season events.
Zoo Lights Powered by LES will transform the cities Zoo into one of the largest lights displays in the Midwest. Attendees will experience multiple choreographed-light shows with holiday music, hanging vine lights, light tunnels, over 30 lit animal silhouettes, holiday train rides, and several new shinning attractions.
The lighting event will begin on Black Friday, November 24th, and run through December 30th, from 5:30 – 9:00 p.m. each day.
No holiday light show is complete without festive treats and drinks… the Zoo will have a station set up serving s’mores and hot cocoa. New this year, for attendees ages 21 and over, “spiked” adult hot cocoas/ciders, beer, and wine will be offered Thursday-Saturday evenings.
Proceeds from Zoo Lights Powered by LES directly supports the Zoo and animals in the winter months.
Zoo Lights Powered by LES is a timed-ticket event. Ticket dates and times will sell out. Tickets will not be available at the gates during the event if tickets have sold out. Advanced ticket purchase is highly recommended.
