The Lincoln Airport’s final outdoor movie event of the year will be held this Friday night. The Disney Pixar movie “UP” will begin at dark. Airport Communications Director Rachel Barth says food trucks will begin serving at 6:00 and they will also have face painting and balloon artists.
The movie will begin at dark. Barth says Little Free Pantries of Lincoln will also be there collecting donations. “We are asking people to bring some hygiene items or dry foods, canned foods that they can put into the pantry.”
The pantries are scattered around Lincoln and people who are in need of those items can take what they need with no questions asked. The movie is free, but you need to register for tickets. Click here for registration details.
