Lincoln Independent Business Association (LIBA) President and CEO Bud Synhorst announced Monday that he will be leaving that position with the organization at the end of 2023. Synhorst has served as LIBA’s president since 2019.
“It has been wonderful to serve and be the voice for small business in Lincoln,” Synhorst said. “As a long-time LIBA member, it has been an honor to work with our members to serve their needs. Working our way successfully through the pandemic was a big challenge, and I commend LIBA’s members for their commitment to the city of Lincoln and our small business community. I will continue to be an active member of LIBA in my new role in the future,” Synhorst said.
Synhorst said he is leaving for another private sector opportunity that presented itself to him.
