The Omaha man charged in connection to the Memorial Day weekend crash that killed two people and injured 20 others on O Street in 2022 has plead guilty, Wednesday morning.

1011 News reports, Kyvell Stark pleaded guilty to manslaughter and DUI causing serious bodily injury in court. He was originally charged with two counts of manslaughter and two counts of DUI causing serious bodily injury.

His sentencing is set for Thursday, November 16th.

Stark, according to investigators, was speed around 90 miles per hour when he hit another vehicle on O Street. 20-year-old Emily Siebenhor and 22-year-old Edith Hermosillo were both killed by the collision. 20 other bystanders gathered for a cruising event were injured when both vehicles crossed onto the sidewalk after the collision.
