A Washington man was arrested following a big drug bust on I-80 near 27th Street last Friday morning. Lancaster County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Ben Houchin says a deputy stopped the white pickup around 11:30 a.m.
He says during the stop reasonable suspicion was developed that the driver was involved in criminal activity. Houchin says 29-year-old Jason Lucatorta gave consent for the deputy to search his vehicle.
“A total of 384 pounds of marijuana was located in the back portion of his pickup.” Lucatorta was taken to the Lancaster County Jail and booked for delivery of marijuana.
