Lincoln Police are looking for a driver who left the scene after hitting a 13 year old Culler Middle School student just before 8:00 Tuesday morning. LPD says the student was trying to cross Vine Street in the crosswalk near Mahoney Drive just before 8:00 when they were struck by smaller black SUV.
The driver continued eastbound on Vine. Lincoln Police say the student suffered only minor injuries. LPD is asking any witnesses to the accident or citizens who stopped to render aid to contact
the police.
