Lancaster County deputies arrested 2 individuals following a vehicle search Saturday morning around 1:15 A.M. at Yankee Hill Lake.
Deputies came across the vehicle with it’s windows down and could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the car. This prompted the search. Chief Deputy Ben Houchin said officers recovered 16.5 grams of marijuana, 9 grams of meth, numerous pipes and drug paraphernalia, and under the drivers seat, a machete.
22 year-old Allyssa Dean was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and narcotics. 35 year-old Christopher Fleming of Lincoln was cited on the same charges as well as concealed weapon and possession of a deadly weapon charges.
Fleming was a felon with previous violent and weapons charges.
