By Tom Stanton Jul 6, 2023 | 12:14 PM

Lincoln Police are looking for several people after the Lincoln Vapor store near 27th and Fairfield was burglarized around 5:15 Thursday morning.  Captain Todd Kocian says when officers arrived they found the front entry doors shattered, tire marks near the front door and a mess inside the store.

The store manager told police about $875 in vaping products and money was taken.  “Security video shows the headlights of a vehicle drive into the front doors of the business,” Kocian says. “The vehicle then backs up and several individuals wearing hoodies get out and begin grabbing items from the store before leaving.”

Damage to the store is estimated at $8,500. Police are working to obtain additional security video from the area.  This investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Lincoln Police Department at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
