Lincoln Transportation and Utilities says South 70th Street from Pine Lake Road to Badger Drive will closed for pavement removal for a private development from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 17.
The recommended detour is Pine Lake Road to South 56th Street to Yankee Hill Road. Access to homes in the area will be maintained by way of Yankee Hill Road to South 70th Street to Badger Drive.
Digital signs will alert traffic to upcoming work and closures.
