A head-on crash Thursday morning on Highway 77 at Warlick Boulevard caused traffic to be detoured.
The crash happened around 7:30 and involved a pickup and SUV. The crash mostly impacted north and westbound lanes of traffic. Investigators are still trying to determine how the crash happened.
The extent of injuries is not yet known.
