Lincoln Police say a girl that had been reported missing is safe. LPD says Angel Neighbors was reported missing around 7:00 Wednesday night in the 4100 block of NW 50th Street.
That’s in the Arnold Heights neighborhood. Police reported Thursday afternoon that she had been located and is back with her family.
