A man wanted for a shooting in northwest Lincoln last month was arrested by the Metro Fugitive Task Force on Tuesday afternoon.  Lancaster County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Ben Houchin says 29 year old Adrian Lott was arrested on outstanding warrants at a home near 50th and N Streets.

“Those warrants are for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, second degree assault and use of a firearm to commit a felony,” Houchin says. The task force had been looking for Lott since the shooting, that happened in the early morning hours of April 16 near 16th and Portia.

“The task force’s main job is to go look for these bad people and get them in custody.  I’m glad no one was injured,” Houchin says.  Lincoln Police say  Lott and another man were involved in firing shots outside an apartment complex near 16th and Portia Street in April.

35 year old Tramel Patterson was previously arrested for his role in the gunfire exchange.  LPD says Lott, Patterson and a woman were all wounded by gunfire and treated at a Lincoln Hospital.
