A Norris High School teacher is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student at the school. The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department says their investigation determined that 23 year old Lillie Bowman developed the relationship with a student this past March and that it became sexual.
Bowman is being charged with sexual abuse by a school employee, which is a felony. She was booked into the Lancaster County Adult Detention Facility.
On the school’s website Bowman was listed as an English teacher for 9th and 10th graders.
