Lincoln Police say a man was seriously injured in a one vehicle crash at 56th and Aylesworth Avenue just after 11:00 Monday morning. “Witnesses say he was driving southbound at normal speeds and the driving appeared erratic or distracted,” says Sergeant Phillip Tran.
“At some point he crossed the center line, entered the oncoming traffic lane and struck the pole.” The man was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
LPD continues it’s investigation.
