Governor Jim Pillen has ordered all U-S and Nebraska State flags to be flown at half-staff to honor the victims of the deadly mass shooting in Allen, Texas.
A gunman opened fire at an outlet mall, killing eight people. Several others were injured. Pillen says in accordance with a request from the White House flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on Thursday, May 11.
