A UNL Freshman is in custody on a charge of first degree sexual assault.
The Daily Nebraskan reports 20-year old Kade Uelmen, a mechanical engineering student, was booked March 21st by the UNL Police Department on an alleged assault on February 19th and reported March 2nd.
