The Seward County Sheriff’s Department says an Ohio man wanted for murder in Pennsylvania was arrested on Sunday by a Seward County Sheriff’s deputy. Investigators say the Interdiction Task Force conducted a traffic stop on a Dodge Journey for vehicle and traffic violations on westbound I-80.
The driver told the deputy he didn’t have a photo ID and gave a false name and date of birth. A check of the vehicle registration indicated the registered owner was wanted for first degree murder in Pennsylvania. As the investigation continued the driver was determined to be 27-year-old Darrell Harrison, Jr. of Youngstown, OH.
Harrison was wanted for killing a 21- year-old man in the early morning hours of April 1, 2023, in Farrell, PA. Harrison was booked into the Seward County Detention Center pending further extradition process.
