Matt VanEngen will lead Northeast High School’s girls’ varsity basketball program as the next head coach. He previously coached the Rockets girls’ junior varsity teams for five years.
“I am very excited for the opportunity to be the head girls’ varsity coach at Lincoln Northeast. Lincoln Northeast has always been very special to me and I take a lot of pride in representing my alma mater both as a teacher and coach,” VanEngen says.
He graduated from Northeast High School in 2003.
