Lincoln Police are investigating a one vehicle crash that injured four children Thursday morning. LPD says just after 7:00 a.m. a car struck one of the decorative median pillars at NW 6th and West Cornhusker Highway.
Police say the driver and front seat passenger are 15 years old. A 10-year-old and a 6-year-old were riding in the backseat. Investigators say the 10-year-old was taken to an area hospital with life threatening injuries. The remaining children were all seen at an area hospital for minor injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
