Lincoln Transportation and Utilities will hold an open house Thursday, March 2nd, detailing planned improvements on 84th Street between Sandalwood and Elizabeth drives. The event will be from 5 to 7 p.m. at Indian Hills Community Church, 1000 South 84th St.
