A 78 year old Lincoln man has been cited following a deadly crash at 11th and Adams Street last October. LPD says Carl Page was cited and released for motor vehicle homicide at police headquarters in downtown last week.
Police say around 7:00 p.m. on October 28 Page drove his pickup northbound across Adams from N 11th Street and into the path of the motorcycle, which struck the rear passenger side of the truck.
Witnesses on scene rendered aid to 30 year old Trenten Bankhead until Lincoln Fire and Rescue personnel arrived. LPD says Bankhead was transported to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
