Pinnacle Bank Arena announced a partnership with DoorDash to provide convenient service to guests. Live-event attendees at Pinnacle Bank Arena can now seamlessly order and pick up food and beverages from select concessions using the DoorDash app for an enhanced experience at the venue. Attendees can access the venue-specific experience via a QR code or GPS pop-up in the DoorDash app.
“We are committed to improving our guest services,” said Glenn Bateman, Director of Food & Beverage at Pinnacle Bank Arena. “Guests can place their food order from the comfort of their seat utilizing the DoorDash app on their mobile device or scan a QR code on their seat. We strive to have fewer lines at concession stands and faster delivery, so folks do not miss any of the action of games, family shows, or concerts.”
The partnership officially launched at Pinnacle Bank Arena on February 2 for the University of Nebraska Women’s Basketball game vs. Michigan State. “We started with a few concession stands and will continue to add more as we become familiar with this new and exciting way to improve guest services at Pinnacle Bank Arena,” said Bateman.
