Lincoln Transportation and Utilities officials say residential and snow emergency parking bans are underway in Lincoln after up to nine inches of snow fell Thursday morning.
That means that parking is banned on odd side of residential streets until further notice. Parking is banned on both sides of emergency snow routes, arterial streets and school or bus routes.
