Lancaster County Sheriff’s Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement on I-80 west of Lincoln just before 1:00 Thursday afternoon when the stopped an SUV for following too close.
Captain John Vik says they made contact with 65 year old Timothy Harris of California. Deputies developed probable cause and searched the vehicle. “Finding 203 pounds of high grade marijuana and and additional six pounds of concentrated THC wax.”
Harris was booked into the Lancaster County Jail for possession of more than a pound of marijuana.
