Following a month-long investigation, members of the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigative Division arrested Jeffrey Dieken, 45, of Hickman, for stalking and violation of a protection order. Dieken was taken into custody through an undercover operation at Highway 77 and Old Cheney.
Dieken believed that his victim was in a nearby car but was greeted by undercover investigators instead. He was arrested without incident.
LSO learned that Dieken had been harassing his victim, whose name is not being released, for over a month. Throughout this time, Dieken followed his victim, threatened them, made harassing phone calls, and damaged their property. He was arrested earlier this month, bonded out, and resumed his behavior upon release. Previously, Dieken did prison time for stalking another victim.
