By Kaleb Henry Nov 26, 2022 | 8:46 AM

The final weekend of the regular-season closes with another top-10 match for No. 5 Nebraska volleyball.

The Huskers host No. 9 Minnesota tonight. Despite being two of the favorites in the league, the two teams have not met yet this season.

Nebraska is 24-4 on the season and 16-3 in Big Ten Conference play. The Huskers are coming off a four-set loss to No. 3 Wisconsin.

Minnesota is 19-8 this year, including a 14-5 Big Ten record. The Golden Gophers upended No. 8 Ohio State in four sets Friday.

Nebraska is 36-11 all-time against Minnesota.

After the match, a trio of Huskers will be honored for Senior Night. Nicklin Hames has exhausted her eligibility, while Madi Kubik and Kenzie Knuckles both announced this week they would not be returning for their extra season of edibility made available by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The match will be televised on the Big Ten Network and available on the FoxSports app.

On the radio, John Baylor and Lauren Cook-West will call the action for the Huskers Radio Network, including in Lincoln on B-107.3 FM.

Tonight’s match is set for an 8 p.m. CST first serve.
