Lincoln Police are looking for a car they believe was used during a child enticement on Wednesday afternoon. On Friday afternoon police released photos of the vehicle they are trying to locate.
LPD says they believe the car is a 2008 or 2009 Buick Lacrosse. They are are asking anyone with information, or captured video of the vehicle, to call the Lincoln Police Department at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
On Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 a parent reported her 11 and 7 year old children were walking home from St. Michael School and were approached by a man in a car near 83rd and Yankee Woods Drive.
The driver asked the children if they wanted a ride. They became afraid, said no and ran from the area. The driver is described as a man with dark complexion in his 30’s with longer curly black hair.
