The University of Nebraska–Lincoln will confer about 600 degrees during a combined graduate and undergraduate commencement ceremony Saturday at Pinnacle Bank Arena.

The ceremony will begin at 9 a.m. with doors opening to the public at 7:30 a.m. The university will award doctoral, master’s, juris doctorate and baccalaureate degrees.

Susan M. Swearer, Willa Cather Professor and chair of the Department of Educational Psychology at Nebraska, will deliver the commencement address. Swearer is a licensed psychologist, co-director of the Bullying Research Network and director of the Nebraska Bullying Prevention and Intervention Initiative.

Chancellor Ronnie Green will preside over the ceremony.
