Lincoln Police were called to the Northeast United Church of Christ at 6200 Adams around 1:30 on Wednesday, July 6th to investigate an arson.
The pastor told police that someone set fire to their “Little Free Library” that was in the front yard of the church. A fire investigator believes the fire was started inside the cabinet area and it was not caused by fireworks.
Damage and loss is estimated at $100.
