Congressman-elect Mike Flood will officially join the 117th U.S. Congress on Tuesday, July 12th.
Flood is scheduled to take his oath of office and will be seated as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives at 6:10 p.m.
This will take place in the Rayburn Room of the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington D.C.
