The Nebraska Lottery distributed $12,254,024 derived from Scratch and Lotto tickets for the past three months to beneficiaries.
The latest transfer was made the week of July 1st to:
Nebraska Education Improvement Fund, $5,453,041;
Nebraska Environmental Trust Fund, $5,453,041;
Nebraska State Fair Support and Improvement Fund, $1,225,402
Compulsive Gamblers Assistance Fund, $122,540.
During fiscal year 2022, a total of $49.4 million in proceeds was distributed to the beneficiary funds. This is the largest amount transferred during a fiscal year since the Lottery began in 1993.
