After serving Lincoln residents for the past 16 years, Big Sal Pizza near 27th and Vine will be closing it’s doors at the end of the week. In a Facebook post, business owners said the past two plus years has taken a toll on them .
“We want to thank all former and current employees, our great customers and all the vendors we work with. The current employees have been short staffed for a long time now, so they deserve a special thank you,” the statement said.
The rest of the week they will be serving what food and drinks they have until it runs out. The bar will remain open until Sunday. The owners also thanked their customers and all the vendors they have worked with.
