Lincoln Police were called to the 3900 block of N 72nd overnight Sunday to investigate a theft from vehicle. The victim told officers that someone got into their unlocked 2015 Toyota minivan parked in the driveway.
A Springfield XD 9mm handgun was removed from the glovebox. Entry was also made into the detached, unlocked garage. Sergeant Chris Vollmer says golf clubs and stereo items were taken.
The total loss is just over $3,900 and the investigation continues.
