A 48-year-old man wanted by the Seward County Sheriff’s Office is on the run after fleeing from deputies on Wednesday. The sheriff’s office says Jason Fox is wanted on a felony warrant for Terroristic Threats, Third Degree Assault and Obstructing a Police Officer.
Deputies attempted to contact Fox regarding a previous incident. During the contact, the sheriff’s office says Fox became very agitated and fled from deputies. His last known location was in the area of 8th and D Street in Utica.
Several units were called to the scene to assist but were unable to locate Fox. The department says currently they do not believe there is a threat to the public. If you know where Fox is use caution and call 402-643- 4578 or your local law enforcement.
The sheriff’s department warns residents to not attempt to apprehend Fox.
