Lincoln Police were called to a home under construction in the 9900 block of Del Rio Drive around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 8th. The owner of a construction company reported that several pieces of equipment were taken during the overnight hours.
An employee stated he left the garage door open at the home under construction and when he returned he found a miter saw, a table saw, a metal brake, and several boxes of soffits missing. Those items are valued at $3,445.

Lincoln Police again remind residents to close your garage door before going to bed at night to prevent these types of theft. There has been a recent rash of thefts from garages in Lincoln in the past several weeks.
