Lincoln Firefighters were called to battle a building fire Thursday morning. It happened just before 6:00 at 4713 Hartley St. Firefighters arrived and found smoke coming from a door of the building.
Fire crews entered and were able to quickly find the fire and put it out. The owners had arrived to find fire in the showroom of a combination honeybee and needlework business.
The cause of the fire is under investigation and damage is estimated at $30,000 for the building and $20,000 for the contents. No injuries were reported.
