At 5:22 a.m. Monday, April 4th, Lincoln Police officers were sent to a report of gunshots near 33rd and Gladstone. A caller living in the area told 911 that several gunshots had been fired and two people were seen running through a field. Officers responded and did not find damage or suspects in the area.
At 7:48 a.m., and employee of Tracy’s Road Wrench at 3235 N 33rd Street called police to report damage to a charcoal grill. Officers then saw that there were several bullet holes in the grill. Damage is estimated at $20.
