If you need a guitar, head to a Lincoln City Library.
Lincoln City Libraries and the Polley Music Library developed a project that allows the public to check out a guitar for three week sessions. Ten guitars are on loan and can be checked out to library card holders. Holds can also be placed on all branches or by searching “guitar instrument” in the catalog.
The guitars come with a case, picks, and an instruction sheet. Additional guitar books are available at the Polley Music Library that is on the second floor of the Bennett Martin Public Library at 136 S 14th Street.
