Lincoln Police are investigating the theft of a firearm from a vehicle. Officers were called to the 700 block of Benton Street around 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 20th.
The owner told police he had gotten into his vehicle and noticed things were out of place. He then discovered his .357 caliber Taurus revolver had been taken from the vehicle. The gun is valued at $390. The victim told police the theft occurred something during the overnight hours from Saturday into Sunday.
