The Lincoln – Lancaster Crime Interdiction Task Force stopped a vehicle with Illinois plates heading east on I-80 at mile marker 394 around 9:30 Tuesday morning for following to close.
Sheriff Terry Wagner says there were four people inside the vehicle. All stated they were from Grand Island.

Nagel stated there were antique guns in the vehicle he was transporting to a relative since he no longer could have them. Five rifles were found inside the vehicle. One had been reported stolen during a home burglary in Omaha last October.
Investigators turned up ammunition, six rings, an old Rolex watch, two laptop computers, three cell phones, four tablets, $4,600 in cash, and drug paraphernalia with methamphetamine residue.
