Lincoln Police provided an update to an incident on January 26th near 30th and E Street. Police were called to the home after a woman had been stabbed a number of times.
Police then found a man in the basement hanging from a rope. Both were rushed to a hospital.
Police report the 37 year old man died on February 4th. The woman apparently continues to recover.
What led up to the stabbing remain under investigation.
