Lincoln Fire & Rescue responded to 4200 Cornhusker just before 2 am this morning on the report of a structure fire.

Crews arrived to find a single-story mobile home with smoke and fire showing. Fire crews were able to quickly enter the home and extinguish the fire.
A search crew entered and found one dog and two cats. The animals were reunited with their owner with minor injuries. Another dog was able to get out on its own.
The cause of the fire determined to be electrical by Inspector Schmidt, causing $20,000 in damages. Three occupants are being relocated with the assistance of the Red Cross.
A neighboring mobile home sustained some damage including melted siding according to LFR Battalion Chief Jeremy Gegg. Gegg told KLIN News that family was briefly evacuated and was allowed to return after cleanup.
