Lincoln Police were called to an apartment house in the 200 block of S. 27th Street just after midnight on Thursday, February 10th. The victim reported having an ongoing argument throughout the day with a neighbor, 27 year old Antonio Guzman over money.

The victim had arrived home in his Kia van. He told police Guzman fired a handgun at the van, hitting it four times. Guzman then returned to his home.

Officers were able to speak with Guzman and the LPD SWAT team also was called to the scene to assist with negotiations. Two hours after initial contact with Guzman, he was taken into custody without incident. Officers then received information that Guzman had been handling a revolver while inside the home but none was found. Police did find several .122 rounds inside his home.

Guzman was booked for terroristic threats, use of a firearm to commit a felony, discharging a weapon within the city limits, vandalism, and unlawful discharge of a firearm.

Damage to the van is estimated at $500.
