Lincoln Police were called to a home in the 200 block of NW 17th Street around 10 a.m. Saturday, February 5th after the homeowner found several pieces of glass on the floor inside one room.
The homeowner opened the blinds and found the window had been shattered. The window next to hit had a number of chips.
The owner went outside and saw several small BB sized holes in the window screen and siding. It appears that someone had fired a shotgun round towards the home.
Damage to the siding and windows is estimated at $1,500. No BB’s were found inside the home and no injuries were reported. The investigation continues.
