Lincoln Police are investigating the vandalism and break-in of three cluster mailboxes during the overnight hours from Sunday, January 9th to Monday, January 10th.
The mailboxes appeared to have been pried open and mail was removed. The mailboxes were located in the 2700 block of NW 7th Street, 2800 block of NW 8th Street, and one in the 700 block of Bridger Lane.
The total damage is estimated at $300. The loss from mail taken is not yet known.
Lincoln Police ask if residents in that area have mail missing to give them a call. Anyone with information is asked to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
